Libavfilter features require at least FFmpeg v2.2.
Previous versions require a different way to specify the output pix_fmt.
Also, FFmpeg and Libav differ on the arguments string syntax of filters
including the buffer source. I do not to maintain support for wildly
varying approaches at this time.
