Can you suggest a reasonable amount of RAM for a 64 bit computer, so it can edit videos with melt's framework and kdenlive?
At the moment, I tend to 1.) render to 1920x1080 .webm 2.) use special effects 3.) use compose/transform transitions 4.) produce videos only a few minutes long 5.) with maybe 8 video and 3 audio tracks I wouldn't be surprised if, in the foreseeable future, there comes a time when I'm interested in editing a project with up to 15 video and 7 audio tracks, maybe up to 2 hours long. Can you suggest a reasonable amount of RAM?
