Since my Siemens Santis USB modem doesn't work on Linux, i've decided to chang it to an Alcatel Speedtouch USB. The people at Datastream charge LM 9.20 just to do this. Anyway, will this modem work on Linux? It is listed in the Internet cofiguration wizard of mandrake 8.2, but you also have to download some sort of microcode.
