At the same time MS is pressing the government to halt copyright infringement of its products. Heck, the government can't stop the brazenly open piracy on the Valletta market just round the corner from the PM's office, how do they intend to stop what goes on in individual homes? The cost of WinXP is still prohibitively expensive for many people, not to mention the restrictions imposed by its "copy protection" and its new licensing conditions. It will be interesting to follow this story as it unfolds.
