It's on one of the standard Mandrake CDs. It's a web-based configuration interface for just about every Linux server software that you can imagine. You can configure mail, ftp, web and so on, and you have the advantage that it's all in one place, you have no messy config files to edit, it's all in a series of web pages. I think it's a good idea to stick to Mandrake's default mail and ftp servers - postfix and proftpd respectively.
