Wow, thanks for the hint Keith!

I didn't find the option u mentioned in
my bios, but I managed to make the keyboard work by setting:

Integrated
peripherals > Onchip pci device > usb keyboard support via > BIOS (this
previously was set to OS).

Try
enabling "Legacy USB Keyboard" or "Legacy USB Support" from your BIOS.
It seems to solve the problem on another major bootloader, GRUB, so I
suppose it should work for lilo too.
