<snip>Yes, sadly the EU is very undemocratic. Further to the investigation into corruption in the Commission, although some resigned, some refused calls to resign (Neil Kinnock, transport). The report which was eventually published was only allowed to be viewed upon request and in a room where no copying facilities were allowed in *and* those who did get to see the report were forced to sign an NDA!!
