Thanks for your swift response and your understanding and cooperation i this
matter. Linux has a better security record as you explained, when compared to
Windows. The
way in which permissions are handled, coupled with the fact that few users
run their OS as root, makes Linux a safer choice If one can live without
support, Linux is more economical and almost free as you say, And for computer
students i my school,i believe Linux is great idea for them. This will be a
good programme for them and it will help them shoulder with better
contemporaries and give them international exposure. It is an honour to me to
send them to Malta for the programe, so as to come back home and educate
millions of Nigerians on linus programme. Would await your urgent
correspondence.
P.S The student`s in question are in the final year in my school.
