Settled then, I'll host it.

I was thinking about phpBB (http://www.phpbb.com/) as a forum
solution. It's a very popular solution and I've worked with it in the
past.

Jean, I'll talk to you on Google Talk so we can discuss how exactly
when can go about this. Also, if any other members have ideas about
the forum, please feel free to submit your ideas.
