At first glance this doesn't seem to be about software patents, though there might be something buried somewhere within that document. Patents in and of themselves aren't bad. I think it might be good if we (MLUG members individually) respond to this questionnaire. I haven't had a chance to read through it yet (busy busy day at work) but I intend to fill it in when I get back home and read it more carefully.
