afaik the best upload speed the mirror has is 2mbit, so if a couple of ppl were downloading from it, then it's fubar'ed bl-ikrah

I was trying to download OOO for windoze to a laptop at uni and it was Slow! Also traffic from the mirror shouldn't be accounted for on the data threshold of ISPs, can someone confirm that this is actually the case. It might just be me, or my setup (which is close to fubar), but I was rather let down by the performance of the mirror.
