Once upon a time there was a lawsuit.... Any of you still remember the SCO vs. the World saga? It's still going on, and in the latest news, "The court concludes that Novell is the owner of the UNIX and UnixWare Copyrights."
Novell, as in "Not SCO". I hope that the company formerly known as Caldera retained their receipts. This is not necessarily the final chapter, but it's a pretty strong conclusion.
