Have you looked at lirc http://www.lirc.org ?
They have an entry for an ericsson mobile using bluetooth. So maybe you could use the lirc tools to recognise your mobile's buttons and then map them to actions. Must admit, I haven't tried this myself, I use lirc with serial and usb receivers for my htpcs.
