Hello fellow Open Source people. I appreciate your work with the Maltese linux user group, and wanted to take this chance to let you know that there is now a specific Malta MySQL user group as well.
We will have our first meeting on July 25th, in Mellieha. You are all welcome to join us, but please inform me via email; westerlund (at) pythian.com as soon as possible. This is of course free, and I will provide food + drinks (water/beer/wine) As this is our first meetup, we will discuss how mysql is used in malta, specific implementations, configurations (here your expertise will be very welcome, as I am sure some of you manage systems that run databases), issues and solutions.
