It's a very sad moment in Malta today. Everybody knew that after July
2009 Windows XP wouldn't have been supported any more. Government has
opted for Windows Vista in all his schools, departments etc.....Schools
will surely influence many parents and children.... That means that for all citizens paying taxes, a big chunk is going to finance Bill Gates. For every computer, besides the initial costs, they have to pay around 23 Euro every year!!! Now there are thousands of computers in his departments and schools so work out the total sum. There was another FREE option for Linux (eg Ubuntu). But that is now past history. See you tomorrow. Daniel --
