Dear Mr. Casha Kindly be informed that preventive maintenance works will be undertaken to prevent any reoccurrence of the outage of 10th March. The decision was taken following a network audit. These works shall be performed in two maintenance windows, one on the 18th March and the other on the 26th March. Each maintenance window is scheduled to start at around 1:00am CET and be completed by 6:00am CET. GO will take all necessary measures to ensure that the services, which include International Bandwidth, Local Bandwidth and layer 2 connections, will not be affected and disruption will not be experienced. Should any issues arise there is a possibility of four short outages of around 180 seconds each due to spanning or BGP convergence.
