Segmentation fault means that the program has crashed. This can be due to a programming error from the cod2 guys or else because the CentOS has a buggy library which the cod2 executable is using.
Best bet is to try an updated version of the server (or older versions if its the latest). Make sure it wasn't patched or tampered with.
