Thanks Alan for your time and help. Unfortunately when I tried to Select vboxusers from the list of groups it wasn't there! Maybe it's under another name?

Hi Daniel,
I don't know but it seems that you have lost your vbox user rights. I
think it may be simpler to just do the following:
System -> Administration -> Users and Groups
: Unlock (with your administrator password)
: Select Manage Groups
: Select vboxusers from the list of groups
: Select Properties
> In the list of Group Members
- If your name is already ticked then this is not the
solution for you, sorry.
- If your name is not ticked then tick it and this should
allow you to work with VBox with your own user name.
I am afraid that this may be just part of the solution but it may make
life easier for you by giving you access writes to VBox.
My penny's worth.
Alan.

Raphael,
If I remember correctly, the rack shelf thingy was 18? inches wide,
which means we might not need to change the case at all. Sounds like
it might fit perfectly.

Hi,
I just had a conversation on the phone with your phone support and
they directed me to send this conversation instead via email.
We would like to know the dimensions of the MLUG server we have
currently hosted in the Balzan premises prior to moving it, to see
if we need to refit the case. Is it possible for us to come along or
can you take the measurements for us? Can you please take the
measurements of the server (HxWxD) if its not possible to schedule a
time when we can measure the dimensions.
Regards,
Raphael Borg Ellul Vincenti

Something is wrong with my virtual box because I cannot start any os on
it. The message is telling me that Virtual Box linux kernel is either
not loaded or there is a permission problem.
it's telling me to do (as root) the following: /etc/init.d/vboxdrv.setup
Unfortunately it's telling me: No such file or directory
any help?
thanks!
