If you upgrade, you shouldn't see any changes. Just make sure that if you
currently installed the Ubuntu version you keep to the Ubuntu version. If
you instead chose to use the version supplied officially by VirtualBox, then
keep using that. Like that, the package manager will not get mixed up with
the two different sources which could have a different name and/or
dependencies.
