We met last Saturday and meetings are usually every 3rd Saturday of the month ... very informal actually. We are actually looking at hosting a PoP physically in Malta so that you create an IPv6 tunnel over IPv4.
We will then be able to also to give out /48 subnets upon application to individuals or organizations in Malta.
