Great Idea but time is limited. I have printed the paper and am attempting to read through it and formulate some response and am aiming to do this on Sunday as I'm busy right up till Saturday night. I would be more than happy to make these part of an official response if we've got time to put it together with other people's input nevertheless, I will probably send my response independently also just in case.
