IMHO i think we should give up on uni to be honest. Doing a website for 
a government department which i invoiced end of November, I am still 
waiting to get paid. Firstly they have a better infrastructure then uni, 
as well as it will provide them a testing tunnel for ipv6 for any 
clients they have.

I think if we want to get anything done with this project i would go 
with the contact I have.

If we go with them i can also ask him if we could move the ubuntu mirror 
to them as well.
