I don't think its our business to become an ISP. If there is however still
interest for such a project, we might consider setting up a seperate group
and get a  sponsorship through the Malta Internet Foundation and or EU funds
or some government entity.

Last but not least it can be a company, but I doubt that. I think they would
rather operate the PoP themselves which is what we are offering them than
give us money so that we have fun.
