Well... MSN Messenger (Windows Live Messegner, whatever) has a Mac client. So I 
guess it's only logical that a Skype client for Windows, Linux and Mac will be 
maintained - as well as the IOS client on iPhone/iPad and the Android one. 
They'd simply be too stupid to abandon all those users.
