Hi,

NX/FreeNX is just the tunnelling/optimization technology. What you really
need is some way of disabling any form of shell and/or shortcuts available
on the desktop you will be providing. A good start is using selinux or
apparmor. Make a profile of the applications to get an idea of what you
need and what might be dangerous and then set them to enforcing mode so
that you lock it down.
