To be honest I think this is being over anal.

Over at Mobile Monday, which I setup as an NGO, we have an auditor (whom we 
pay) who goes over our accounts once a year. It's mostly zeros there too. I 
know him, dad knows him, and hell through our working relationship we all know 
him.

If this were a Fortune500 company we were setting up I'd agree... but basically 
this is just a formality of signing zeros...
