Yes but this goes several steps further. They are actively sabotaging your
DNS queries, blocking you from using any DNS server other than theirs, and
actively blocking the IP addresses of many trackers. I've just written to
ask them about their policy and will today ask the same of the other ISPs.
Essentially, GO have decided to work for IP rights holders behind the
users' backs by blocking the use of bittorrent altogether - and unless
people protest this will only be the first step. It's like GO has decided
to adopt ACTA tactics voluntarily and secretly.
