I would recommend videotron. The only thing you'd have to worry about
with videotron is the monthly download/upload limits. The advantage with
videotron is when you get cable internet with them, you'll also get some
analog channels coming through the cable (since they can't filter
everything).

My setup:

- Videotron internet.
- Unlimitel for voip phone (a la carte with one 514 number)
- OTA TV for digital and analog and some analog cable channels
