Hello, If you are just looking to do Internet access the you could look at xplornet http://www.xplornet.com/ . I used them a few years back to get access at a rural location on a digital sign network.
The modem was just like a cable modem and I used a simple cheep router so I could offer free wireless access to the patrons of the establishment were my sign was located. The service was pretty reliable, speeds about the same as low end consumer high speed, priced about the same as high end consumer high speed. You do need to find an installer who knows what they are doing for dish installation and that part is fairly expensive.
