Hi, I don't recall the exact details, but I did take a stroll past around when it was posted. It was on the N. side of Mont Royal, some hike E of the Metro. (*If* I recall aright, it is past the second Inter Marche grocery store on the S side of Mont Royal.) Largely empty storefront, quite dusty, handwritten signs (I think). It was obvious when I'd found it.
