Hi

Sorry it is off-topic. Just hate MS

Just venting my anger with MS and their W7 installer.  Why?  Well, I do
software development with XP, Fedora, Cent0S and W7.  I learned, but I forgot
that with MS, one has to unplug a hard drive if one is doing a XP or W7
installation. If not, even though it is not the drive for which the
installation is targeted, MS will overwrite the disk's MBR. Yes, I have to get
my GRUB Recovery disk to get out, but I should not have to do that.

MS certainly has no respect for superior operating systems such as Linux.

By the way, for the home user, W7 appears to be great, although not cheap.
Still, my days are more with Linux then with XP, and I only boot W7 for some
final testing.

On the plus side, I do find MS OFFICE a great product.

Thanks for the read.

Leslie

PS. Waiting for Fedora 13, for next week.
