[MLUG] Any perl CPI experts ?- accents in popup_menu values

Ok,

  I'm populating a select box with some values in as their values, ont of which 
is:

        limité

  However the return of popup_menu gives back:

        limité

Sample test code:

#!/usr/local/bin/perl
use CGI;
$query = new CGI;
print $query->popup_menu(-name=>'Color',-values=>['limité']);

Procudes this output:

<select name="Color" >
<option value="limit&amp;eacute;">limit&amp;eacute;</option>
</select>

Anyone has any hints?
