For what it will cost you to hire someone for a day, Canonical can provide full commercial support including bug escalation for KVM bugs for a year. Look it up: http://www.canonical.com/enterprise-services/ubuntu-advantage/server The plans changed lately, which I meant to share with the list but kept forgetting about. "Standard" @ 700U$ would cover KVM commercial support, let me know if you want more details. Usually within the first 2-3 calls / requests we get new users up-to-speed - "we" = Canonical of course, not me personally.
