Any visitors or staff that has new devices (such as phones) will probably find this quite inconvenient. Perhaps setting up dynamic DNS so at least a web page informing them how to register properly for access could be displayed - much like most captive portals. I have no idea how to do this but have come across that in most dd-wrt'ed routers and wireless setups, so I imagine there is plenty of docs out there. The expense of having an actual separate network provider and enable that on wireless only (for example) may be less than the time you'll spend trying to prevent any workarounds people will come up with once you've completed your initial plan to block them. Wifi tethering via mobile phones and Wifi sharing via Mac comes to mind. Bottom line is if you block them completely, they'll find a way around it. If you open it slightly with clear rules, you'll probably get more respectful, policy-abiding colleagues :) I am interested in what you come up with.
