The xorg configs have moved to /usr/lib/X11/xorg.conf.d/

The command I gave you needs to be done without X running btw, but it is not actually the best method for what you want, it is just a way to generate an X config file.

In general you should not need to mess with anything to get a tablet going, but ymmv.
