Problem Solved There was a power supply problem which caused the drive to almost stop spinning. I mention almost, because, when I put my ear to the drive, I could hear it slow down, and then hear the actuators going click click as the drive bios tried to find the correct sector.
Never had that as before, I either had a solid failure, or a working drive.
