I installed debian on hdb, and had centos on hda. Unfortunately, with the intel bios on that machine, even though the boot sequence flps hda and hdb (hdb is the boot drive), debian put grub2 on hda (/dev/hda). Grub2 does not enable me to choose the cent0S system.
Any ideas about how to restore centos. That system has Debian on /dev/hdb and centos on /dev/hda. If mbr's where grub (not grub2) are the same, could I do a dump of a good one and a restore to the disk that needs grub. ------------------ Regards Leslie Mr. Leslie Satenstein mailto:[email protected] mailto [email protected] / [email protected] www.itbms.biz
