I will look at XTUPLE as a recommended ERP. I definitely will follow up. I also 
saw OpenBravo as a Java based ERP, but geared more to 
manufacturing/distribution.

I am not sure to understand what you want to do, but xTuple can process the 
data coming from Ubercart. So if your ecommerce is based on a Ubercart, I guess 
that could do the trick.
