Alt-SysRq-I (Kills all remaining processes)
Alt-SysRq-U (Unmounts the file system and mounts it in read-only mode)

I always knew it as REISUB - I think that actually makes more sense
since you sync the drives after stopping processes and just before
unmounting drives.
It is a cool trick, I have used it more than once.
