I have only used it in lab on my 30/2 Cable internet link and will be
putting it in production in about 2 weeks to reserve bandwidth for
VoIP on a 100Mbps (capped to 15Mbps) link.
I am using ClearOS for the distribution (CentOS based).

What method of QoS have you used?
Did you take a look at l7 filtering method:

Hi,
Is anyone of you have experience implementig QOS on a 1G line?
I have try to implement QOS but look like I can't achieve more that
~350-400Mbps when QOS is activated. As soon I remove QOS I can get
throughput close to 1G limit, ~900-950Mbps
System is centos 5.6
