Why on earth would you want to do that?
Li-ion/Li-poly has no such thing as "breaking in". You may completely
break it if you really empty it completely (tho usually the circuitry
around it should try and prevent it from happening), and even if you
don't empty it completely, emptying it will shorten its life expectancy
and reduce its capacity.
