A few options; 1. Truecrypt. Encrypt the partition or a "virtual drive" which TC mounts. It is cross platform. I've used my keys on Win/Linux/Mac with no issues. 2. http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/crypteks/crypteks-usbtm-encrypted-and-lockable-usb-solution
