Is there any way to make this easier short of rebasing the mlvm patches to bsd-port?
The mlvm patches are current based at the OpenJDK hotspot master: http://hg.openjdk.java.net/jdk7/hotspot/hotspot It's going to get even trickier as my current train of pushes trickles up to the master and down to bsd-port. It might be worth while generating a self-vs-last-pull patch at bsd- port, and apply both it and the mlvm patch to the master. Or, if there is unanimous support for rebasing to bsd-port, we might do that. It might be disruptive in other directions. (I'd like it personally, since I develop on Mac.)
