Folks, what are the best Linux distributions to build and run the MLVM on x86 and x64?
I know the question might sound silly and that it could start an endless and unfruitful religious war. I'm convinced, however, that the members of this mailing list are professionals and passionates focused on technical aspects rather than on unsubstantiated opinions. Hence, I hope the discussion will help to distill objective, well motivated, honest technical merits of some specific distributions compared to others **limited to this specific context**. I'd really appreciate first hand experience accumulated over time with consistent results. Everyone out there that can regularly, successfully and systematically built the MLVM on Linux x86 and x64 without much pain is welcome to share his/her (possibly unbiased) opinion on this mailing list. Thanks in advance Raffaello _______________________________________________ mlvm-dev mailing list [email protected] http://mail.openjdk.java.net/mailman/listinfo/mlvm-dev
