I would just run them on different systems with different compilers to see if there is a problem somewhere. Since there are not many projects out there that already use JSR 292 (JRuby and phpreboot are the only real users that I know of, but maybe I missed something), the code path coverage is low and almost every new project finds a bug (or more).
