Kdump: Documentation Update
has been added to the -mm tree. Its filename is
kdump-documentation-update.patch
Patches currently in -mm which might be from [EMAIL PROTECTED] are
kdump-save-parameter-segment-in-protected-mode-x86.patch

There are minor changes in command line options in kexec-tools for kdump.
This patch updates the documentation to reflect those changes.
