has been removed from the -mm tree. Its filename was
driver-core-use-klist_remove-in-device_move.patch
This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

As pointed out by Alan Stern, device_move needs to use klist_remove which
waits until removal is complete.
