has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     atomich-add-atomic64-cmpxchg-xchg-and-add_unless-to-powerpc-fix.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into 
atomich-add-atomic64-cmpxchg-xchg-and-add_unless-to-powerpc.patch
