Subject: Char: mxser_new, fix TIOCMIWAIT
From: Jiri Slaby <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>

There was schedule() missing in the TIOCMIWAIT ioctl. Solve it by moving
the code to the wait_event_interruptible.
