use mutex instead of semaphore in CAPI 2.0 interface
has been removed from the -mm tree. Its filename was
use-mutex-instead-of-semaphore-in-capi-20-interface.patch
This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

The CAPI 2.0 interface uses a semaphore as mutex. Use the mutex API instead
of the (binary) semaphore.
